He has one eyeball bigger, than his other eyeball, and looks like he got hit by a car, but hey, that's bill. He has a skinyn scranie tail, and looks like something the cat dragged in. But, again that is teh bill look. He has tiny little hairs sticking out from all around his body, kinda like his whiskers. He has a plastic nose, and eyes, and his tougue just hangs out.
